The Metaltecnica Hood Line represent the right solution between functionality and technical solution; this line is suitable in different places like kitchens, cantees, snack bar, self service and the big catering. These products are in stainless steel 18/10 Aisi 304, completely welded, external and internal edges turned over, in order to observe the most strict sanitary laws. This line’s range has different models from the simple wall hood, central hood to the ones with cold warm air compensation. Each hood is supplied with crossed mesh filters and a special assembly kit.


5A Digital Regolator The regulator on our hoods is an accessory according to the customer’s needs; it is equipped with nine different velocities marked by luminous lead. (Regulation by microprocessor in watertight box IP 56)


Welding Each model is welded and equipped with fat and condesate collection channel for drop prevention system in double thickness


Motor The hood’s models supplied with a buil-in exhaust fan use a 220V single phase electrical motor with condenser and terminal board in watertight box IP 55.


Labbyrint filters On demand our hoods can be equipped with inertial labyrint filters in stainless steel AISI 304


Crosseo mesh filters


Lamp Another accessory of this line is the fluorescent lamp watertight IP65, polycarbonate pipe complete with Day Light neon lamp (natural light)


1/2 drain cock with rubber pipe connection This detail is of extremely utility during the hood-cleaning and all models are equipped with it.
