The new Confectionary Baking Metaltecnica Line has been designed and produced thinking of the needs and desires of everybody who uses it: cooks, bread bakers and pastry cooks.

Therefore Metaltecnica has created a range of products that join semplicity and functionality to an high value added. Obviously the variety of this line’s models is completely produced in stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304 and they differs themselves according on the necessity in wash tubs, cabinet tables, wall cabinets, cabinets, shelves and anything else could be needed for a practical use.

Our cabinets table can offer unlimited solutions depending on how you one depending on the disposition of the elements like: sliding or wing doors, pan holder or feedboxe’s OPENING, drawer units, single or multiple.


Pastry-tables composition

Radial corner
The worktops for this line have a stronger steel thickness (1,2-1,5) and a radial corner on one side (h= 45 mm). On demand we can realize worktops h= 60 mm, either for tables or for sinks.

Pan Lecker

Pan Locke
This element can be realised either in the neutral or in the heated version. It has a capacity for 20/25 pans size mm 600x400 and can used as “leavening cell” for bakery or confectionary. Heated version, temperatures 20°C, 60°C.
