The SELF SERVICE METALTECNICA line permits to select the best solution for every needs.
These products are the perfect solution for canteens, snackbars, hospital kitchens, self service restaurants and for every situation where product’s functionality and service’s efficiency are essential. These products is composed by structures made in stainless steel AISI 304; the elements are available in neutral, heated and refrigerated version to come up to different exigencies, in particular for a practical use and a perfect presentation of foods. Every elements can be come up to foots adjustable in height or revolving wheels.


Refrigerated compartment The refrigerated elements use as inferior compartment a stainless steel AISI 340 chamber, skimming with a single piece of a high-density insulating material. The internal temperature is regulated by a digital thermostat 0-15 C°, using a removable motor operating with gas R 134a (model TN) and R404a (model BT). The insulation is possible thanks the high-density insulating material and the insertion of a wavy line made in copper, diameter mm 10. Shelf-closing doors with stop device, openings and packing with double tube.

Feedbox for bread
A feedbox is necessary in a restaurant self service; it allows to prepare everything for a meal. This product is made in stainless steel; it has 4 removable cutlery containers (GN 1/4), a bread and collect-crumbs drawer, 2 practical shelves used to support trays, tablecloths and serviettes.

Plate trolley

This new product is very useful, practical and easy to handle thanks its small dimensions and great capabilities. The plate trolley is composed by 2 adjustable columns for plate variable diameter between 190 -280 mm, capacity 40/50 plates each column. The plate trolley is available in neutral and heated version; each version can be come up to revolving wheels with diameter 100 mm. and using a system of adjustable suspensions. The heated version has a thermostat and an interior resistance which guarantees a perfect distribution of the heat.

Thermostats
The top and inferior containers are regulated by digital thermostats and light switches. All electric elements is closed in a special container (to avoid external intrusions and alterations), easy to control thanks an accessible closing.

Radiate bowl
Both heated and refrigerated elements have radiate bowls and corners, with a place to contain boxes GN 1/1 (h 200 mm) and a protection grating.

Little drawer for condense collection
Every element of Self Service has a practical and accessible drawer which collects condense.

A detail of the foot

Every element can be come up to foots made in stainless steel, adjustable in height from 140 mm to 190 mm or from 180 to 230. This characteristic guarantees a good levelling among all elements. It is possible also to come up every element to revolving wheels made in stainless steel or zinc.
